This is an ABSOLUTE miscarriage of "justice" in regards to the judicial system. The following link from CNN shares the story of a stage four breast cancer survivor and the ruling of a judge that said she could no longer have custody of her children ... thus, bestowing custody to the father.
The woman, by the way, is functioning just fine ... AS ARE MANY OF MY STAGE 4 GIRLFRIENDS. Most would never know that that these girls are metastatic. My girls are raising their children, married or not. They thrive on the fact that they are continuing to live the BEST life they can and be there for their children and spend time with the most precious things in their world.
This judge needs a good ass kicking!
